Kelley is a charter member of Gainesville Rotary Sunrise. He moved to Tallahassee in 1995 and founded Rotary Project Operation Discover in 2017. Actively supports Literacy Volunteers of Leon County. He is private pilot and member of Experimental Aircraft Association. He is married to Linda McGeorge Phillips for 58 years, has 3 children, 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild (all Gators).
